Craig Westwood offers an all-rounded portfolio of design services, tailored to meet your requirements. This can range from small-scale company branding and logo to a complete suite of branded products, which may include printed brochure work, illustration, multimedia, 2d or 3d animation, website or e-commerce site design.

A graduate in art and design in the 80s, Craig has now built up over 20 years of experience in design media, ranging from video, to offset printing and training, leading to studio experience offering print, illustration and multimedia, and finally adding intranet and web design. Now as a freelance designer, Craig is able to offer clients expertise gained across many diverse media and projects, plus a wealth of contacts offering support services in print and e-commerce.

"I like to be involved with all business sizes," he adds: "It has been great over the years to have been involved with big corporate clients such as British Gas and Reuters, but equally thrilling to be at the very beginnings of a company, to help shape its very concept as a business. These days it is more internet-focused solutions and websites that I tend to produce, but I admit I also still get a great buzz when I see something that I designed on a sign or something tangible in print, in the same way that I take great pride when a new website goes live."

"All of these media interrelate to some degree" he says, and delights at the way digital media is forever evolving: "I am especially interested in the challenges that video and sound poses with the internet, and the striving that is made in the industry to have instant access to multimedia. We have already seen the shift from audio CD to downloading in recent years; as bandwidth increases, we will see the same with video. It is already happening... before long there won't be much in the way of tele-style advertising and entertainment that can't be obtained easily by internet or mobile communications with the same quality as television. Then I think the internet will get even more exciting. It's only just around the corner..."
